Butler Maximum All Carpet Protector with DuPont Zonyl® is an exclusive concentrated water-based carpet protector that creates an invisible barrier against water and oil-based soils and spills. Its adhesive-like properties coat and then lock onto fibers with a special fluoropolymer to create a bonding action that results in soil and stain protection. This product is non-toxic, non-flammable, dries quickly and leaves the carpet with a soft feel. Can be applied on wet or dry carpets. Recommended for use on natural and synthetic fibers, including stain-resistant and wool carpets.

MIXING: Dilution Ratio: Freshly Cleaned Carpet - 1 part Butler Maximum All Carpet Protector to 4 parts water (the equivalent of 32 fluid ounces per 1 gallon of water). Dilution Ratio: Dry Carpet - 1 part Butler Maximum All Carpet Protector to 8 parts water (the equivalent of 16 fluid ounces per 1 gallon of water).
